Dear Navtej

Thanks for your email. As per our discussion the other day, there were two core issues:

· Withdrawal of funds from Client accounts

· Money withdrawal without my signatures

But to kill the issue, we did not go into details of all the transactions and as agreed please give me a realistic figure by adjusting:

40% of my share from the balance in both accounts (once Mr. Brar transfer the money)

Commission which may come in addition to the amount mentioned in your mail below.

I will be going for overseas this week, so would like to transfer the funds before my departure. I will also send the resignation as Director and Shareholder from IMEGA at the same time.
